Connect the tools you already run on

Cascayd plugs into HubSpot, Stripe, and Meta Ads with read-only connections, then ties their data back to the same campaigns. Your spend, pipeline, and revenue finally sit in one view.

Live connections for HubSpot, Stripe, and Meta Ads.

See what every ad campaign actually returned

Connect Meta Ads and Cascayd pulls campaign spend in automatically, then matches it to your campaigns by UTM. Cost lands next to the pipeline and revenue it produced, not in a separate tab.

Follow leads into pipeline, not just your CRM

Connect HubSpot and Cascayd maps your contact stages to a funnel, then reports closed-won ACV and open pipeline against the campaigns that sourced them. You see which channels create pipeline, not just contacts.

Report on the revenue that actually landed

Connect Stripe and Cascayd reads your payments, nets out refunds, and ties collected revenue back to the campaign that started the relationship. Fees and refunds stay visible, so the number matches your account.

Three connections, one campaign table

Connect the tools once, and Cascayd keeps each number labeled for what it is rather than blending them into a single figure you cannot defend.

Questions about connecting your stack.

Do I need to connect all three?

No. Connect the tools you use, and each one adds its own column: Meta Ads brings spend, HubSpot brings pipeline and closed-won, and Stripe brings collected revenue. The campaign table fills in as you connect more.

Does Cascayd write to my HubSpot, Stripe, or Meta account?

No. Every connection is read-only. Cascayd reads campaign, deal, and payment data to report on it, and never writes back or changes anything in your tools.

How does Cascayd match spend and payments to a campaign?

With exact matches. Meta spend is matched by the UTM pair on the ads (utm_source and utm_campaign), while HubSpot and Stripe are matched by normalized email. Records that do not match are kept in a separate unmatched view rather than attributed on a guess.

What counts as revenue?

When Stripe is connected, Cascayd reports Net paid, which is gross payments minus refunds in one currency. HubSpot closed-won ACV is reported separately as pipeline value, not as collected revenue, so the two are never confused.

How do I connect each tool?

Authorize each one from Settings. Meta Ads uses Facebook Login for Business with read access to ad insights, Stripe uses its native app, and HubSpot connects through its app. Each grants read access only.

What happens to spend or payments that do not match?

They stay visible in an unmatched summary rather than being assigned to a campaign by a name or a best guess. That keeps your totals honest and lets you reconcile against the source tool.
