2. Description of Service
Cascayd is an AI-powered platform that analyzes websites and generates A/B test suggestions to help improve conversion rates. The Service provides automated CRO audits, UI/UX improvement recommendations, and visual diffs of suggested changes.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit URLs to websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
- Use the Service to generate harmful or malicious content
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the platform
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cascayd. A/B test suggestions generated by the Service are provided for your use, but the underlying AI models and algorithms remain our intellectual property.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Supabase, PostHog, and Vercel Analytics. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. A/B test suggestions are AI-generated recommendations and do not guarantee specific results. You are responsible for evaluating and testing any suggestions before implementing them on your website.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cascayd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
